Pricing
Our rate might go up during holidays and special events. The rate quoted is based on information you provided during booking customer is responsible for any extra services that was not scheduled
Airport parking fees
Pickups from Orlando international airport (MCO)
Can cost more depending on weather and ramp closure
In bad weather airport ramps are closed by the port authority and luggage might not be able to be delivered on time
If a driver meets and greets a customer and waits for the bags to be displayed more than 30 minutes, more charges will be applied because port authority charges Transportation Companys by the minutes when the vehicle is parked in a CVPA.
No shows
Ride will be considered a no-show if a driver is unable to contact the passenger after 30 minutes of the schedule pick up time if a customer is not at the proper pick-up location and did not notify fancy Trans that also will be considered a no-show
Payments Cancellations & refunds
*All payments are made in the reservation section using payments form
*20% gratuity is mandatory
*Cancellations are accepted and if approved can be made 48 hours in advance. A full refund will be applied minus credit card processing fee Failure to do so may affect refunds and a fee will be charged to the credit card on file

Damages to vehicles
Customers are responsible for any damages made to a vehicle that include spills, food stains, broken components made by customer and if a customer becomes ill during the trip and cleaning service is required customer is totally responsible for payment.
Fancy trans is not responsible for any items left in vehicle; however, we will do our best to retrieve and return lost item, best retrieves are made when a customer directly and immediately contact fancy trans customer service to let us know about the lost item before that vehicle is dispatched to another job
