Fancy trans protects all customers’ information by making all payment and personal information safe and confidential.

Fancy trans uses secure, socket layers that enables encrypted communication between web browsers and web servers.

Terms and conditions

Please check our terms and conditions before making any reservation or booking with fancy trans.

Terms and conditions can change at any time without notice.

*Fancy trans can charge customers more for tolls, waiting time, and additional stops that were not scheduled.

*Prices are usually based on information provided by customer.

*Our rates may go up during holidays and special events.

*Pick ups from Orlando international airport (MCO) can cost more depending on weather and ramp closure.

*In bad weather, airport ramps are closed and luggage may not be able to be delivered on time. If a driver meet and greets a customer and waits by bags for over 30 minutes, more charges will be applied because airport charges transportation companies by the minute when vehicle is parked in CVPA.

*All payments are made in reservation section using payment form.

*20% gratuity is a mandatory.

*Cancellations are accepted and if approved can be made 48 hours in advance. A full refund will be applied.
Failure to do so may affect refunds and a fee will be charge to the credit card on file.

*Cancellations can be made by calling 407-716-0785 or via email info@fancytrans.com

*Customers are responsible for any damage made to a vehicle.

*Fancy trans is not responsible for any items left in vehicles. However, we will do our best to retrieve and return lost items.

*Best retrieves are made when a customer directly and immediately contacts the Fancy trans customer service to let us know about the lost item before the vehicle is dispatched to another job.
